APS 363 Monitoring and Control System
The Advantec MS363 Monitoring and Control System is a compact precision in-line analyzing instrument designed for the production environment. Using NIRT (near infrared transmission) technology, the MS363 offers many advantages over previous methods of monitoring and production processes. By analyzing products from within the process line, any changes in the product can immediately be detected by MS363, alerting the operator within seconds. Using the FDA and 3A Approved Quad Beam Technology the MS363 Sensors Scan the fluid milk at a rate of 24 Scans per second. These scans are averaged and the result is transmitted to the Operator Interface for display. The Operator receives a thorough analysis of the current product and pertinent run averages. Cream Fat and flow is measured by an Endress and Hauser Corllis Density and Flow Meter. The Corllis Flow Meter is proven technology for the measurement of milk cream fat. The Separator Back Pressure Control Valve is an Advantec Precision Stepper Valve. The Advantec will measure and control the cream fat to within +/- 0.01 percent fat. The test accuracy for the MS363 is comparable to more traditional laboratory methods, however the MS363 requires no cleaning, no chemicals to buy and no zeroing.
To increase Operator Productivity, provide a more consistent finished product, expedite product manufacturing and eliminate the need for more storage tanks. Applications
