The APS Stand Alone Transition Sensor provides the modern milk plant Operator a visual as well as an automatic method to minimize product loss during water to milk and milk to water transitions.  In addition to cutting losses of fat and solids, the APS Transition Sensor also allows the operator a visual reading for the change over of products without having to go into recycle or air blow.  The APS Transition Sensor saves time, minimizes entrained air in the system and accurately shows the transition point from one product to another. The APS Transition System is composed of one Four Beam Sensor, Transmitter and Visual Readout of Solids at the transition point in the pipeline
